So, is this TOO underwear as outerwear? I do like it, and to be honest I'm exhausted with looking! Some opinions from you very fashionable followers would be great!

I would suggest stop thinking about it & to go out & look. I spent ages trying to look for the perfect dress & then one day my friend took me into town so he could find jeans & I got it.
I'm not too into the dress, I have to be honest. The detail in the neck against the swamping of the block colour & length seems weird to me aesthetically. But hey, what do I know?
